One of my favourite cake experiences to date. I had the opportunity to join some of my favourite cake friends over two FULL days creating a Fairy woodland scene from sugar, chocolate and other edible materials. We were joined by over 100 Irish and International Cake Decorators and Sugar Artists to create a display at the Irish Sugarcraft Show on March 12 & 13th, 2016. A fantastic experience. Here is one of the pieces I made for it. A swan flapping his wings in a little sugar pool of ‘water’. Hope you like it as much as I do!
Corinna, this to me is an absolute work of art, I love it. I cannot imagine the hours you must have spent to render it so lifelike. Fantastic creation.
