The Celtic Cakers is much more than just a cake tutorial book. It's full of easy, step-by-step, photographed instructions on how to create fun carved cakes, stunning wedding cakes, models and cookies. Our group, of some of Ireland's top cake designers, came together to produce a range of quirky and beautiful tutorials suitable for all skill levels and varied enough to suit everyone's taste. It also includes tasty and easy-to-make recipes for cakes and cookies too!
