This cake was made for the Cork Sugarcraft Show in 2015.  To be honest I wasn’t sure about entering this one as I received a mixed reaction from it.  Including an “It’s a bit weird” from my 5 year old daughter.  But I’m very glad I did!  I was awarded a ‘Highly Commended’ Certificate for it and loads of comments on the gorgeous smell of chocolate coming from her!
