Ahhh the Threadcakes competitions. They were great, but alas... no longer. This was my first one that I did and probably still one of my favourite cakes to date. There was some real messing around with ways to get the right textures in. I didn't place on this one but I was a finalist and thrilled to be one. SERIOUS competition.
