Who wouldn't like a minion in a hula skirt?! This is a very fun dummy class using multiple mediums like modelling chocolate, fondant and wafer paper. This comes complete with a full manual and instructions on how to make this into a real cake - as many of the students did after using the same structure provided. Students are always thrilled with their results in this class. And I am too!

Sabrina I have to give you a MASSIVE apology. My system stopped sending me notifications on messages through my website until I updated it recently. Load of jargon and I’m fairly useless at the website side of things. As for classes… I do have one that will be on in Moate, Co. Westmeath, Ireland at Novel-T Cakes school on April 4th.
