In this class we’ll:
– Build a cake structure
– Cover an oddly shaped dummy cake
– Use wafer paper
– Plus learn techniques such as Marbling,
Airbrushing, Painting, Dusting…and more!
Price is €120. Which includes all Materials, a yummy Lunch and an intensive Manual explaining each step with images, diagrams and instructions helping you to recreate the piece in the future. Plus you’ll be able to keep the structure for future cakes.
